Like Nath, his discipleship is also great/majestic. Though Parmarthika (transcendental) authority is high, even the practical wealth/richness is the feature of Nath tradition. The tradition of Shree Eknath has spread in and outside Maharashtra and is striving for the propagation of the Warkari sect by showing its Parmarthik (transcendental) richness. i) Shribagajibuva- He is from Vardu, Vidarbha. This tradition is from the descendant of Nath. He was a great Satpurush. He has spread the Nathtradition in Vidarbha. Even today, the people of this tradition do come in the Palakhi ceremony of Nath and their number is first behind the Ratha (Chariot) .ii) Shri Daulatbaba- He is from Sangavi (Veer), Buldhana. His tradition is from the Shri Narayan Maharaj, a descendant of Nath. This tradition is - Narayana-Ranganathshastri-Jagannath-Haralkar Maharaj- Daulatbaba. Many Dindya are in the Vidarbha in his name. iii) Shri Godadmaharaj- He is from Karjat, Dist. Ahamadnagar. He got the Anugraha from the Narayanmaharaj who is from the tradition of Eknatha. He has written many texts (Granth), ‘Jagtarak’ is a most important Granth; in this he has given the details of the events that will take place in future. Godad Maharaj belonged to a Royal (King) family a King. From the time his Guru covered him with Godhadi (blanket), he came to be known as Godadmaharaj. In his tradition, it is customary to take Dindi only to Paithan area without taking Dindi to Pandharpur. iv) Shri Bhaiyaasaheb Maharaj – He is the 12th descendant of Nath. He has given Anugraha to many. Prominent amongst these are Popular Kirtankaar Shri Lakshmanbuva Nijampurkar of Pune, Kirtanchandrika Shrimati Padmavatibai Deshpande, etc.
Shri Bhagvanbaba- A famous wealthy (Aishwaryashali) personality in the tradition of Eknath. It is said that he floated on the water and recited (did the Parayana of) Dnyaneshwari. He was proud of his tradition. He used to say, “Mi Nathfadacha Taklkari aahe.” “(I am the Talkari of the Nathfad.)” At Nathshasti, Bhagwangad is revered by Nath Sansthan Paithan and the respect of Palkhi and Dindi is offered to them.
